      • Welcome to The Zen Project site. Take a look around

The Zen Project is a mobile studio and community space. We have converted an American School bus and are on a mission to make all things zen accessible to all. We visit community spaces, workplaces, festivals, schools and universities where we run 11 minute micro Zen Sessions. From breathwork to guided meditations, we have something for everyone. Find out more about working with us here and get in contact to find out how you can book us for your workplace, event or community space.

We are here to create calm amongst the chaos, a recent report from Mind revealed more than 76% of people now have a personal experience with mental health problems and over half of the population is suffering with anxiety. Now more than ever we need to find ways to tackle these challenges and that's where we come in, we are here to help.
