Yoga

Our yoga sessions tend to be a bit longer than 11 minutes - but we do also do 11 minutes micro sessions too! We are all about doing what works for you - so all of our programmes are bespoke to fit our audience. Sometimes it makes sense to run longer sessions, so that's what we do!

All of our yoga is to suit all abilities. From simple stretches to aid mobility through to a range of movements designed to deliver calm and ease anxieties.
